Ever Enough

We saw each other today. Got to talk for a bit, not a lot, not alone. But a bit.

It was… pleasant. As it always is.

But I left wondering… will it ever be enough again? These pleasant exchanges, where we just talk, like two adults who aren't crazy for each other?
